Ingredients
chicken
1/2 cup cornmeal
salt
pepper
oil for deep frying
Directions
Cut up chicken and put in small bag. Freeze the chicken. When you defrost it, the moist chicken takes the coating very easily.
Put cornmeal, salt and pepper in the bag and shake it around. Deep fry. Make sure the oil is hot enough so that the coating stays on and is crunchy.
