Make the ground beef into balls and drop into tomato sauce. Boil for 25 minutes. Can cool and freeze in sauce.


Reheats really easily because of the sauce.

If you want to vary it, vary the sauce. It is easier to keep the meat plain than try to mix in onion, etc, because they hold together more easily.

Boiling in sauce works because you don’t touch them once they are in, so they don’t fall apart.
