Ingredients
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Yields approximately 3/4 cup.
Notes
Meat Marinades: This Italian dressing recipe can be used as a marinade also.
Pork marinade: 1/2 cup of Italian dressing, 2 Tbsp of Dijon mustard and marinate 4 pork chops in it.
