Ingredients
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 tsp pepper
dash ground red pepper
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp dry thyme
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp honey
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Yields about 1 3/4 cup.
