1 lb ground turkey
1 carrot, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
dash annatto
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup mashed crisp rice cereal
salt and pepper


Mix well. Place a little Annatto (or paprika) on the top for color. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 400 °F for 30 minutes. Remove top and cook for 15 – 20 minutes more until top is browned.

Annatto can be replaced with paprika.
