2 cups cooked navy beans (drain and rinse, if canned)
4 Tbsp green salsa
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
chili powder
southwestern chili powder
cumin
red chili peppers
salt
pepper
white pepper
Directions
In large stock pot add onions and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, then add 1 T. Southwestern Chili Powder, cumin and salt. Cook for 5 minutes more. Add turkey to brown, along with more Southwestern Chili Powder, regular chili powder, red pepper, black pepper and cumin.
Once turkey is browned, add white beans, chicken broth and green salsa. Add white pepper, more black pepper, dash of salt and more cumin if necessary. Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer for 2 hours.
