The easiest way to prepare is to put all ingredients except sour cream into a slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours, mixing periodically. Add non dairy sour cream in the last 20-30 minutes.
If you don’t have a slow cooker, you can brown the meat first, then add remaining ingredients and non dairy sour cream added at the end.
I serve with rice or quinoa and steamed green vegetable such as broccoli. Very easy and very yummy meal!
