Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin or butternut squash puree
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup potato starch
2 Tbsp Egg Replacer
1/4 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix egg replacer. Mix all ingerdients together. Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes in an 8 x 8″ or 9 x 9″ pan. Cool and cut into squares.

Substitutions

Any egg replacer could be used.
