Ingredients

2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 cup bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup gluten

Directions

Place all ingredients in breadmaker basket in order suggested by your machine’s directions. Bake as directed by bread machine directions.

Substitutions
