16 oz Imagine Foods Creamy Portobello Mushroom soup
1/4 cup white cooking wine (optional)
to taste seasonings
1 cup dry basmati rice
Directions
Brown and drain ground turkey – return to pan. Add frozen peas, cooking wine and seasoning and saute until peas are thawed (only took a few minutes), then add soup. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes on low.
Prepare rice – either on stove top or microwave according to package directions. This should be 3 cups cooked rice.
Combine rice and meat/veggie/soup mixture. Serve.
Notes
For seasonings we used TJs 21 seasoning salute which is not safe for the onion, garlic, mustard allergic. Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup was from Imagine Foods.
Substitutions
Use any cream of mushroom soup, canned or homemade, that is safe for your needs.
