4 lb small white mushrooms
onions
garlic
2 cups milk or milk alternative
2 Tbsp rice flour (optional)
Cook mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt and pepper for hours in some water. When it’s creamy, add milk or milk alternative.
For gravy, use more water and when mixed stir in rice flour to thicken.
Any safe flour or starch will work to thicken gravy.
