Broccoli with Garlic

olive oil
3 – 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 head broccoli


Saute fresh broccoli and fresh chopped garlic in olive oil, seasoning with salt. Saute this slow with the lid on to create a steam using enough olive oil to well cover the bottom of the pan until broccoli is tender. Be careful not to burn.


A delicious version of broccoli that my kids just love!


Kathy P also does the same thing with fresh kale. Remove the hard stems, chop kale and saute with garlic.
