to taste salt
oil for frying
to taste pepper
2 Tbsp Egg Replacer
1/2 small onion, diced
1 cup quinoa flakes
1/2 bell pepper – diced
1 can black beans – drained


Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into patties. Fry the patties.
