1 pkg wonton wrappers
sesame seeds (optional)


Take wonton wrappers and slice diagonally into triangles. Grease cookie sheet with canola or other acceptable oil in a thin layer. Lay wontons on sheet, far enough from each other so they don’t touch, and bake at 325°F for 2-5 minutes. Watch carefully so they don’t burn. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.


We often crunched these up and added to the top of our fried rice or spicy chicken dishes.


To avoid sesame, omit sesame seeds.

Verify the ingredients of the wonton wrappers. They are wheat and usually contain egg and cornstarch.
