Take wonton wrappers and slice diagonally into triangles. Grease cookie sheet with canola or other acceptable oil in a thin layer. Lay wontons on sheet, far enough from each other so they don’t touch, and bake at 325°F for 2-5 minutes. Watch carefully so they don’t burn. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
