1 16 oz pkg bell pepper strips (frozen or fresh, sliced)
3/4 cup chicken broth or water
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup raisins
1 4 oz can chopped or sliced olives
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/3 to 1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Brown ground turkey, stirring in onions and peppers. When meat is browned, stir in remaining ingredients. Let simmer, partially covered, for 30 minutes or so to let flavors meld.
