1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup canola oil
3 Tbsp Egg Replacer
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup applesauce
2 cups dairy-free milk alternative
Mix egg replacer and water. Whisk all ingredients together and cook on hot griddle. These are light and fluffy!
