1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil or margarine, melted
2/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup soy milk or other milk alternative
1 Tbsp vanilla
Put melted coconut oil or margarine and cocoa into mixer bowl and mix on medium speed.
Slowly add in sugar and soy milk, alternating between the sugar and soy milk, while mixing on medium speed.
Add the vanilla. Mix on fast speed until smooth.
Spread on while frosting is still warm.
