1 substitute for 1 egg
1 cup gluten-free flour blend
3/4 cup liquid (water, rice milk, apple juice)
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp baking powder
dash salt
Mix and cook as usual.
For the oil, you can use 1/2 applesauce and 1/2 oil. Or all applesauce and just tell DH he is crazy when he thinks it is different.
