Recipe Information

Recipe Created By: Carrie Anderson

1 cup barley flour
1 cup oat flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup margarine
1 Ener-G Egg Replacer, prepared
5 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Cream margarine and sugars. Stir in vanilla and Egg Replacer mixture. Stir in dry ingredients, then chocolate chips.

Put dough into greased 8×8 pan and bake at 375 °F for 20-25 minutes. Don’t overbake.

It is best if you let them cool completely (I know it’s hard) before cutting.
