Turn off heat and add cheese. Mix really well. Add fresh ground black pepper and the tiniest shake of cumin. Serve over pasta of choice.

Also good if you caramelize onion slices with apple or pear, diced. And grill up portabella mushrooms to serve over it. Steak would work too, just slice thin. 🙂
