Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 medium yams
vegetable oil
Directions
Cut the sweet potatoes and yams into cubes. Place in a baking dish and coat with safe oil. Bake at 425 °F for about 1 hour. Stir every 10-15 minutes.
