Bring 1 can of chicken broth to a boil. Boil pastina in chicken broth 5 minutes or until done. Broth should fully absorb into pastina.
Boil broccoli until very soft and chop into tiny pieces.
Add broccoli and one extra can of chicken broth to cooked pastina. Mix in a large bowl together.
Add Parmesan cheese for extra taste (optional).
Will make enough for quite a few dinners and lunches.
Use any safe canned or homemade broth that is safe.
