Preheat oven to 300F. Grease a cookie sheet. Mix everything together and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet and press lightly with a fork. Bake 11 – 13 minutes.
Notes
This is our favorite peanut butter cookie recipe, and it just happens to be gluten-free and dairy-free, as well. Sometimes we frost the cookies with chocolate frosting, for something like those Hershey’s kiss cookies.
