3/4 cup sunflower seed butter
3/4 cup honey
5-6 cups crispy rice cereal
pan spray
Heat honey and sunflower seed butter in the microwave for about a minute. Stir and add 30 seconds if needed. Add the cereal – start with 5 cups adding more if you feel it needs it. Press into a sprayed 9×9 pan.
Please remember that honey is not okay for kids under 1 year old!
Commercially available sunflower seed butter may contain soy. If avoiding soy, you can make your own
Sunflower Seed Butter using safe sunflower seed kernels.
