1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 Tbsp oil

1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients.

Blend well, and spoon batter into greased mini bundt pans (or mini muffin pans for doughnut holes).

Bake 12 minutes at 350 °F. Cool on wire rack and top generously with powder sugar.

Corn Substitutions: Corn is a common ingredient in products. Starch, modified food starch, dextrin and maltodextrin can be from corn. Consult with your physician to find out which corn derivatives you need to avoid. Many corn-free options are available in the US. Find out more about corn substitutions.
