2 cups fruit pulp (crabapple, apple, peach, pear)
1/2 cup sugar


To make fruit pulp:

Cook and put fruit through a food mill to remove seeds and stems, or remove seeds and stems, cook, and put in a blender.

Mix fruit and sugar. Spread on plastic wrap attached to a cookie sheet with scotch tape. Mixture should be very thin (1/8 to 1/16 inch thick). Bake at 150 °F for as long as 2 hours (until it’s not too sticky to touch) with oven door slightly ajar. When done, roll up, and cut into individual servings.
