Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish

1 12 oz pkg fresh or frozen cranberries
1 fresh orange
3/4 cup sugar


Cut orange into 8 sections, remove seeds. Carefully remove the skins with a paring knife. Be sure there is no “white” left on the sections.

Place half the orange sections and half the cranberries in a food processor and pulse till finely chopped, but not pureed. Remove to bowl and repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges.

Slowly stir in sugar to taste. Refrigerate or freeze for later use.
