Freezer Fudge – Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free

Ingredients

1/3 cup sunflower seed butter
2 heaping Tbsp cocoa powder
2 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp So Delicious Dairy® Free Vanilla Coconutmilk Beverage
2 Tbsp coconut nectar, agave, or maple syrup

Directions

Line cupcake pan with 6 cupcake liners.

In a small bowl or 2 cup measuring cup, microwave the coconut oil and sunflower seed butter for 30 seconds. Stir until combined.

Add cocoa powder, coconut milk and sweetener of choice. Stir until smooth and combined.

Pour mixture evenly into the six cupcake liners.

Place in the freezer until set. Approximately 10 minutes.

Eat straight from the freezer or store in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat.

Substitutions

Use your favorite liquid sweetener.
Butter and Margarine: Butter is a dairy product made from cow’s milk. Margarine typically contains milk or soy, but there are milk-free and soy-free versions available.
Coconut: Although classified by the FDA as a tree nut, coconut is not a common allergen and is not related to tree nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy, consult your physician to find out if you need to avoid coconut.
