Mix ingredients together in bowl. I add just about 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and salt to the mix for added flavor. Scoop out 1 Tbsp of mixture and form into a ball then flatten to make “mini” burgers. Use non stick pan and add about 1 tsp of your choice of oil. I use a paper towel and spread the oil around the pan and remove the excess (you don’t really need much at all). Heat pan and then cook on both sides until nice and brown and cooked all the way through.
These are great finger foods, healthy, and freeze well so makes a great quick meal.
