Easy No-Bake Bars

2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup carob
1/2 cup honey


Mix first four ingredients. Add oil to make soft enough to press into pan. (This will still be stiff.)

Press into 8″ cake pan and chill.

Cut into bars and keep in fridge. These also freeze well, wrapped individually.



Many brands of carob are cross contaminated, so be sure to find one that is safe for your needs.
Gluten: Gluten is a protein found in specific grains (wheat, spelt, kamut, barley, rye). Other grains are naturally gluten-free but may have cross-contact with gluten-containing grains.
