1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 inch graham cracker crust
canned fruit topping (optional)
fresh fruit topping (optional)


Whip softened cream cheese with mixer, add in sweetened condensed milk slowly, to avoid splashing then add lemon juice bottled or freshly squeezed which ever you prefer, mix until well blended.

Pour into crust, and chill at least 4 hours before you need to serve it.

Before serving, you can garnish this with canned fruit or fresh fruit topping if desired.
