Breakfast for one! It’s a perfect alternative to a cinnamon bun or coffee cake, topped with a glaze, maple syrup, milk-free cream cheese frosting, or even a crumb topping.

  1. Mix all cake ingredients in mug.

  2. In separate bowl combine swirl ingredients. Pour swirl mixture on top of cake batter. Use a fork or knife to swirl into the batter but don’t fully incorporate.

  3. Microwave 1-1 1/2 minutes.

  4. Combine glaze ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the cooked cake.

    Alternative: You can top the cooked caked with glaze, maple syrup, or a dollop of your favorite cream cheese frosting.
