Mix ingredients; shape into balls about 1 1/2 inches around. Cook over medium heat in a skillet, turning occasionally for 20 minutes, or bake on a baking sheet at 400 °F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
They can be frozen after cooling slightly,or serve them with Sweet and Sour sauce, BBQ sauce, or in marinara sauce. Also work well in soups.
I have been known to make a beef coconut soup and add these meatballs, or serve them in white sauce over pasta or rice.
Substitutions
Omit Worcestershire sauce if you cannot find one without your allergens. Use safe milk alternative or broth.
