3 oz Hersheys® Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
2 Tbsp coconut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Heat chocolate and coconut butter in microwave on medium for 2 minutes. Stir. Heat at medium for 2 more minutes, stir. Add vanilla and powdered sugar until thoroughly mixed. Shape into chocolate chip size balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
Could also spread onto waxed paper in a thin sheet and freeze, then cut into small pieces.

Coconut: Although classified by the FDA as a tree nut, coconut is not a common allergen and is not related to tree nuts. If you have a
