16 oz So Delicious® Plain Cultured Coconut Milk
1 chipotle pepper in adobo
1 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
to taste salt and pepper
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. For presentation, we recommend using a kitchen squeeze bottle/condiment bottle found at most kitchen supply stores. Serve over any food you want a spicy kick to.
