Recipe Created By: Tammy Chance
1 1/8 cup water
2 Tbsp dry milk or alternative
1 1/2 Tbsp margarine
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 3/4 cup barley flour
1/4 cup oat flour
2 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp yeast
Bake according to manufacturers instruction at regular (4 hrs 10 minutes) or fast setting (2 hrs 50 minutes).
Makes a yummy loaf– doesn’t look pretty or rise a lot– about 1/2 the size of a normal loaf but works for us.
