1 lb ground turkey, beef, or chicken
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 Tbsp margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 cup soy or rice milk
1 cup broth
to taste salt and pepper


Cook meat, onion and celery. Remove fat.

In separate pan, melt margarine. Add flour and combine. Add broth and stir together. Add soy or rice milk, dash of salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil, stirring until it thickens. Add to meat mixture. Serve over cooked pasta.
