1/3 cup tapioca, either Minute size, or larger pearls
1/3 cup sugar
4 cups sliced apples (peeling optional)
2 cups water
2 Tbsp apple juice or lemon juice
2 Tbsp margarine
2 cups blueberries
Directions
Put all ingredients except for blueberries in large pot. Let stand for a few minutes, then bring to a boil.
Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring often, and add blueberries. Continue simmering another 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
