1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup gluten-free flour blend
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup finely chopped apple
Mix together egg and sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased pie plate.
Bake at 350 °F for 25-30 minutes.
This recipe doesn’t seem to do well with egg replacements.
If nuts are safe for you, they are a nice addition.
