Ingredients
chili powder
garlic powder
onion powder
ground meat
cumin
red pepper (optional)
ground mustard
tomato juice or tomato sauce
Directions
Cook your meat of choice in a frying pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Season with the spices. Make it saucy by adding the tomato sauce or juice as it begins to “dry.”
