Cut chicken into strips or chunks. Can be pounded, but found them moister without it. Dip chicken into milk or replacer then dip into flour which has salt and pepper added. Deep fry.
Milk can be cow, soy, rice, or whatever is safe.
Flour can be white, rice, or whatever is safe.
