1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup white rice flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup canola oil
1 cup milk (cow, soy, rice or almond)
Sift dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients. Consistency should be slightly runny. Use a ladle to spoon into medium-hot skillet. Flip when bubbles form on the batter.
