Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
water if needed
Directions
Let berries stand with sugar on them for 1 hour. Cook for 5 min on stove top. Mash as you go. Cool before using.
Notes
Use with White Layer Cake and Layer Cake Icing.
