Ingredients

16 oz warm water
2 1/4 tsp yeast
2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

Mix yeast and water in glass or plastic bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Add 2 cups all-purpose flour. Stir again, cover. Keep in warm place 3 days, stirring once per day.

Use to make Sourdough Bread in Bread Machine

Notes

Make sure you use no metal.

Substitutions
