Gluten-Free Egg-Free Pizza Crust
Pre-heat oven to 400 °F. Dissolve sugar in water and sprinkle yeast on top. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat. Quickly form into ball and roll out. I shape it on the pan and roll the edges then. I bake it for 5 minutes, then I add my ingredients. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until edges are brown.
