1 1/2 Tbsp xanthan gum
1 cup powdered sugar
3 Tbsp cream of tartar
1 Tbsp shortening
water (add slowly!)


Mix all in the food processor until desired thickness is reached.


This is the frosting to hold the candies on the gingerbread house together.
