Ingredients

1/4 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1/4-1/2 cup soda water

Directions

Mix the flours together.

Mix in enough cold soda water to make a thin batter.

Dip in anything you want (chicken strips, vergetables, fish). Fry in hot oil.
