1/2 cup soy nut butter
1/2 cup agave nectar
3 cups cornflakes

Heat soy nut butter with agave nectar until the soy nut butter has melted.

Spoon the mixture into baking cups.

That made 16 servings in regular-sized muffin papers.

The only problem is, I can’t quit eating them!

Corn Substitutions: Corn is a common ingredient in products. Starch, modified food starch, dextrin and maltodextrin can be from corn. Consult with your physician to find out which corn derivatives you need to avoid. Many corn-free options are available in the US. Find out more about corn substitutions.
