sausage (any meat)
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn (optional)
1 cup rice


Cook rice according to package.

Put sausage in pan with a little water. Simmer sausage until browned. Remove skin (optional), slice and throw back into pan. Add black beans, tomatoes, corn and let heat through.

Serve over rice



Omit corn if avoiding corn.
