1 3/4 cup non-dairy creamer
1 box vanilla, chocolate or other pudding
1 container Rich’s Whip
1 cup flavoring – see comments


Take the Rich’s Whip (I buy it in the kosher frozen section but it can be found some places in the regular frozen area) and whip it up.

Mix the non-dairy creamer, pudding, and flavoring. Than fold in the Rich’s Whip. Throw it all in the ice cream maker until it’s the right consistency.

Put it in a plastic container and store in the freezer.


Flavorings –

We use usually Sunbutter®. It literally tastes like PB ice cream. Our guests always look confused when I serve it. I do Sunbutter® with both chocolate and vanilla pudding.

You can also substitute in a fruit, so I will blend strawberries in the bender and add those in instead or another fruit.


Be sure to carefully check the pudding, non-dairy creamer and Rich Whip ingredients to make sure they are safe for your allergens. It is unknown if Kosher for Passover versions of those ingredients can be used to make the final product soy and corn free also.
